I need to take 5 grams of creatine a day. My pills come in 1000 grams. How many pills do i need to take? I am confused.

1000 grams is a kilogram, about 2.2 pounds.

I guess is the pill bottle is mislabled or something. Are you sure its not centigrams or milligrams?

o, im sorry. i meant that i need to take 5g a day and the pills in my bottle are 1000mg.

1000 milligram = 1 gram

You would need 5 pills a day to receive 5 grams.
