EV conversion to Lux

I need to find a formula to convert light measurement from EV to Lux.
Also any accurate conversion tables would be extremely handy and appreciated.

EV as in electron volt?

Lux is a unit of illumination. I do not see a way to convert directly between them.

As an update, turns out EV stands for Exposure Value on a light meter. Check out http://www.sekonic.com/support/support_2.asp
