I have a sitdown cycle that has different levels of resistance. It reads everything I need except I need to ride at a force of 2 kiloponds or 20 newtons. I dont know how to convert the rpm or watts to newtons or kiloponds.

That is beyond my understanding also.

Most likely it is dependent on the machine. A conversion factor for your machine would not be the same for another machine made by a different manufacture, or even just a different model.

You should try contacting the manufacturer directly. They are bound to have a website.
