i am wondering what mg/kg-1 means, i have been working with mg/kg and need to convert something that is mg/kg-1 to mg/kg, is this possible if so how do i do it for example, 7.5mg/kg-1 = ?mg/kg.

Any help is most appreciated

I cant be sure, but what I think they mean is kg[sup]-1[/sup] where they say kg-1

kg[sup]-1[/sup] is the same as 1/kg, so where you see the [sup]-1[/sup] just take the reciprocal.

But in the context you describe it does not make sense. mg/kg would be the same as mg*kg[sup]-1[/sup], so you probably need to wait for someone else to answer.
