Ring size convertion from Brazil to USA

Hello!
Would anybody know where I can find a standard international ring convertion that would show ring sizes from Brazil, US and a few countries in Europe?
I own an online store that only sells fashion jewelry made with Braziliam gemstones. I am using a general European convertion chart but I had problem with one customer that bought two rings from my store. That was the first issue I've had with ring sizing but I want to make sure that I am using the right convertion values to all my customers.
The international ring size convertion does not show Brazil on their chart.

I could find very little information on Brazillian ring size conversion. As near as I can tell, they use the ring diameter in millimeters, which is what Germany uses.

I'm not 100% positive on that though.
