I need to figure out how to calculate PPM from either mL/1000 gallons or oz/1000 gallons

If I add 200mL/1000 gallons what is my PPM?

There are 3,785,411.8 milliliters in 1000 U.S. gallons. (I assume this is U.S. gallons)

In PPM speak that is 3.7854118 PPM, or about 3.8 PPM rounded.

mL/1000 gallons * 3.7854118 = PPM

In your case, you have 200 mL/1000 gallons, then:
200 * 3.7854118 = 757.08236 PPM
