Need Help with conversion From cc to hp

I will admit I am new to bikes. Just bought a V-Rod came standard with 115 HP and 1130 cc.

I had it modified to the max to 1690 cc and cant figure out what the horse power is?

Can some one help me pls.

You will need to have it measured. Take it to a mechanic and have to hook it up to a machine that does it.

There is no direct conversion between engine size and horsepower. It depends on too many other factors.
