Can anyone give me the formula to convert 1,000,000,000 seconds into years.

I think it is divide

                          [u]1,000,000,000 [/u]= 11574
                                                    86400

                                      then

                                [u]11574[/u] = 31.69 years.
                                     365.25

Is this correct?  

Is there an easier way to convert? ???

You could do it all in one step by dividing by 31,557,600

1,000,000,000 / 31,557,600 = 31.69 years
