Resistence required to lower voltage

I need to calculate a desired volts drop when using a higher voltage transformer than is needed.
Specifically, I have an output voltage of 33volts, at a distance of 125mts, via 2.5mmx2core cable and drawing a total of 3.5amps.
What resistence would I require to lower the voltage to a maximum of 24volts.
