If the insulin vial contains 100units/mL and you are using a 1/2cc syringe to take 35 units of insulin a day.
How many days would the vial of insulin last?

That depends on the actual volume of the vial.  You list 100 units/ml but that is the quantity per unit volume, not the volume.

A ml is the same as a cc, so a 1/2 cc syringe would hold 50 units, half the vial it the vial only held 100 units.

There should be some other marking on the vial which lists the actual volume.
