Hi, I am trying to convert 30 ml or 2 tbsp to oz or grams....can anyone help??? thanks, Lori

That depends on the substance. Every substance will have a different weight to volume conversion factor.
Let me know what the subsance is, and I may be of more help.

The substance is salad dressing
30 ml - 2 tablespoons, I need it to convert my scale which weighs in grams and ounces.....thank you.

I could not find any data on salad dressing.
If you have to estimate, use the density of water, which is about 15 grams per tablespoon, or about 5 grams per teaspoon. (Thats the U.S. tablespoon and teaspoon)
To be more exact, I would suggest weighing a tablespoon and using that value.
