Is there a way to directly convert inches of water to gallons per minute?

???  i dont understand your questions, because inch of water is a pressure unit and gpm is a unit of volumetric flow, I recommned that expres too best your question

There is no direct conversion between pressure and flow rate.

You could probably create the conversion for your specific circumstances, though you couldn't calculate it, you would have to measure it.

For example, measure the flow rate at various pressures and create a chart. Then you could look up the flow rate off the chart anytime you needed it.

Though I may not completly understand your question, so you can post additional information if my reply does not make any sense.
