1 hertz = 1/second

I am not sure what is meant by bit/second, but is probably the same as 1/second

This is on communication data transmission rate. Hz is for anolog and bit/s is for digital transmission. I do not know the relationship between Hz and bit/s. Is it possible to have conversion?   ???

Yes it would be a straight 1 to 1 conversion.

1 bit/second = 1 hertz
99 bit/second = 99 hertz
etc.

There is nothing defining hertz as anolog, and since in this case a "bit" is 1, the two units are equal.
