How fast am I going?

If I'm running at 12 km per hour how many minutes per mile am I running at?  This has thrown me completly.

Convert from km to miles and from hours to min. Then take the inverse of that value (1/value or vaue^-1).

1 kilometer = 0.6213712 mile
1 hour = 60 minutes

12 kilometer/hour * (0.6213712/60) = 0.12427424 miles/minute

1/0.12427424 = 8.04672 minutes/mile

About an 8 minute mile.
